Week #2 - The Suite Life
So week one is over, in what was one of the fastest weeks I’ve seen in awhile. The first round has definitely had it’s ups and downs but I’ve broken it down into easy to read bullets for you all to understand.
- I tied for two points in the first HoH.
- Ultimately placed fourth and was able to pick cliques.
- However, I ended up getting pushed down to fifth and consequently having cliques / dt’s be reshuffled.
- I was nominated by Porsche.
- Would most likely have slayed the BotB with Howie.
- Finally fast tracking due to the removal of one of my closest allies Sarah.
So essentially I fasted tracked through a week consisting of losing HoH, the right to pick my clique and the inevitable challenge win through BotB and my closest ally, Sarah. I mean it couldn’t have gone any better if I planned it myself… But just as I said in my first questionnaire you got to bring yourself down before you can rise back up to the top and if anyone can do that, it’s me. There have been people that have gone on to win after being nominated round one and I’m not going to let it phase me. I’m resilient and no matter how boring people may think I am and or how poor my social game maybe I’m far from a quitter and when you push me against a wall I push back.
So basically I started this new week off with a drive to literally just do whatever I could do win the HoH. I didn’t care who I upset at the end of the day I need to win these challenges to show people I’m worthy of being here. So basically I sat down and thought of what would be the best way to approach this challenge. Obviously I had to prepare the links for maximum speed so i made the decision that making a spreadsheet would be the fastest way to make the list. Well apparently it was because yours truly managed to slide in with that Co-HoH spot. I may have developed carpal tunnel in the process but I needed to show these people that if they want to have me as an enemy they need to know the repercussions.
So of course as soon as the results are being posted I get everyone sliding into my dm’s saying how happy they are that I won and congratulating me despite the fact they hadn’t spoke to me in the last twenty-four hours (not to say that isn’t partially my own fault, but I'm Co-HoH not them). So at the end of the day despite all the messages I already knew who I wanted to nominate, long before I won the Co-HoH, that being Porsche and Jen. Porsche because of the obvious reason that we have a history, she nominated me last round and she literally is so transparent. She stopped talking to me as soon as she became HoH week one, she then sent me a message that she was nominating me a few minutes before the noms went up (saying she had no other choice) sorry to break it to you but you literally did have other options. Then there’s Jen who literally hasn’t sent me one message yet.
However, after speaking with Zach it became clear that he’s apparently planning to nominate both Tiffany / Jen and because he gets to nominate first that means I’ll be needing a replacement nominee. Which honestly isn’t that hard for me because quite honestly I don’t owe any of these people anything, I haven’t promised them anything and I’ll do whatever I think is necessary and at the end of the day… Sure they might be mad about it, but they can’t say I was shady or back-stabbed them because literally nothing has been formed. So right now I have the dilemma of deciding who I pair up against Porsche. My first thought was Michael… Michael has me as his direct target and ever since he got me as his dt, he hasn’t spoken a word to me. Nominating him would be easy to justify and cover my own ass because assumingly if he has me as his dt and he doesn’t want to talk I can make the connections of what he plans to do if he ends up in a position of power. The downside to that is Porsche/Michael make up a pretty strong team for BotB and if I had to bet who was going to win between them and Tiffany/Jen I’d bet on them. Which means if I do that I’d ultimately be losing my spot as HoH and leaving Zach in power. Which could potentially put me at risk of getting back-doored if I can’t trust Zach. However, at the end of the day I think I should go with who i think i can justify the best and simply hope they lose BotB. If they win, the alternative is Tiffany/Jen remaining the nominees (which isn’t bad for me either) and trusting Zach won’t backdoor me (which I honestly trust he won’t). So it looks like as of right now I will be nominating Porsche/Michael with the huge potential of them pulling themselves off. However, at the end of the day I’m doing what I can justify and the people I’m putting up are people that would likely already have been planning on doing the same to me anyways.
