io had to drive down to southern cali t sort out my apartment for next month, a seven hour drive. my stupidass car's AC died (again) on the drive back, so the drive back was horribly hot in the summer during a heat wave in dry ass california valley. i also then had to work today, and last night i went to my buddy's going away/moving to belgium party where he wanted to go all out cause well he's moving to belgium and shit.

i keep track of life like i keep track of time spots when faking conversations. 

anyways heyo. holler @ kat for being an awesome host and holler @ everyone for playing a bomb ass game. i dont doubt for a minute that we made the hosts proud and gave the bbrnf family a dope hoorah for a season. we were dope, i know us, and i think we have a lot to be proud of. now lets talk some stuff about voting and questions and stuff.

i didn't plan this out so i apologize in advance. imma kinda hit it quick.

i read your posts. i read your pleas. imma read all the other peoples posts before casting my vote. so i figure, hey you know what, fuckit. i'm sure all the questions about games and shit are already done and asked or sorted out. so i'll get selfish for a minute and keep the question simple, open ended, and freeverse.

why should you, (corey/porsche), deserve my vote over your opponent.

fuck the game, fuck strategy, fuck competitions, and fuck the system. i'm a firm believer that the winner of a series should earn each vote individually, person to person. the winner of the season would have to have gotten the most jury votes by winning each individual over, either using personal relationship, or mutual respect if nothing else. 

so i'll ask again, why should you, (porsche/corey), deserve my specific, goddamn vote over your opponent.

Howie! Glad you made it man.

Well your exit was a little messy so I definitely apologize for that. I was back and forth till the very end and right at the deadline left to go out with some friends. I came back to see your messages and felt like I had done you dirty. I should have messaged you sooner but you are just so goddamn smooth man.

The reason you should vote me is even though we got off to a shakey start I truly felt we were bros. like had this been real big brother and we weren't limited by our conflicting work and sleep schedules we would have been hanging by the pool all day, taking names, and doing diary room confessionals together. On your way out you said that I may have lost the vote of someone who would have voted for me. I hope that isn't the case but I think that speaks to the fact you recognized the game I was playing and recognized the position that I had manuevered myself in. I was viewed as an asset by everyone in the house including yourself. We were tight and I wanted to go with you and Nat but keeping Cody just made more sense. Hopefully you can see why I made the move and overlook my indecisiveness costing you a chance to plead your case.

Hey Howie! I'm glad you made it back too, and I hope you don't feel too bad about being late. This game has been going on for a really, really long time and everybody's going to run into life at one point or another.

so i'll ask again, why should you, (porsche/corey), deserve my specific, goddamn vote over your opponent.

There are three reasons why I should get your vote.

The first is jury management. You said yourself that everybody should have to earn each jury vote they get individually. That's jury management. Maybe it's a little taboo to talk about jury management during the final tribal council, but jury management is part of the game, and if we're talking about what should decide your vote, it's the first thing I have to bring up. Now, my jury management with you was better than Corey's, but it wasn't great, so I'm going to back up a little bit and talk about what was going through my mind the round you left.

At the final 6, I knew that I wanted you out but Corey hadn't made up his mind and I wanted to cover my bases in case you stayed. I wasn't going to tell you I was voting against you until I knew that you were leaving. That's just good gameplay.

We had also agreed that we were going to talk more after the round was over, if you survived. That wasn't bullshit. If Cody left at 6, my target at the final 5 would not have been you. It would have been Natalie. I felt like people saw you as a big threat but didn't realize how threatening Natalie was, and that made her more dangerous. And if the rest of the game plays out the same way and I win the final 4 veto and cut Kelsey, now you're in the final 3. And if you're going to be making it that far, I wanted to build a stronger relationship with you. I hadn't planned it out that far ahead, but I did know you weren't going to be my target the next round.

But even though my jury management with you wasn't perfect, it was a lot better than Corey's. You said on your way out that Corey was never getting your vote, and you should stick with that 


The second reason I should get your vote is because of the respect we have for each other. We were never really on the same side but I think we both admired each other. You really scared me in the game because you were capable of anything. And on your end, I know you feel the same way about me. I exposed your lie during the fast forward, and you told Kelsey that "Porsche is the smartest mofo I've seen play these". In season 13, I played a big part in your eviction but you respected that and gave me your jury vote anyway. I hope you do the same here.


And finally, you should give me your vote because of our arc. In season 13, Louise and Porsche's relationship got off to a great start. I really enjoyed talking with you and we would stay up and watch Love together. As the game went on, however, we drifted apart. Not socially, but strategically, you caught onto the game I was playing and I recognized that I had lost you. Something had to give and during the fast forward, in one of my best moves, I pulled out my secret power of veto and got you sent home 2-1.

Fast forward to this game, and our relationship doesn't start off as great, mainly because I nominated you week one. We're able to overcome that however, we make a truce and agree that we're not going to target each other. And even though we never watched Netflix shows together and even though we were never really on the same side, we were cool with each other and you were someone I always enjoyed shooting the shit with. But once again, we both knew that one of us had to go, and I'd like to think it was because we both respected and felt threatened by each other. And eventually, at the final 6, I'm able to get you out and you were sent home 2-1.

Like, how crazy is it that we had such a similar arc, which ended both times in me being one of the main people responsible for evicting you in the exact same placement and by the exact same votecount?

You're someone who is always challenging to play against, and I hope we get to play together again. Who knows, maybe we'll actually be close allies next time.
